Do You Think Marijuana Should Be Legal?

I smoke. I will admit it. I have smoked marijuana and I have inhaled. I am firm on my stance that marijuana is less threatening to a human's health than any other drug. I am firm in my stance that I have a right to smoke what I want and smoke what I don't want. Something that I am not too firm on is the complete legalization of marijuana. Just think for a moment about how much has to be decided for marijuana to be fully legalized. A tax rate needs to be set, an age of consent for marijuana usage has to be determined, rules relating to public intoxication, and not to mention what to do with the inmates who are jailed for marijuana-related offences. Also, wouldn't this give free reign to cigarette companies to sell marijuana that has been treated with everything that tobacco is treated with today? I believe that the legalization of marijuana will help those that need it because they won't have to go through so many barriers, but I also can't help but think that legalization would just complicate the system as well as allow horrible chemicals to be used in the production of marijuana. Would you rather see marijuana illegal, legal, or illegal but legal to those who really need it? OR would you rather go for decriminalization? For those who aren't familiar with decriminalization, it is the changing of marijuana possession from a criminal charge to a misdemeanor.
