There are people that there's nothing to learn. Whether you learn from them how to be good, how to work and how to love, or learn how not to live, how not to love and how not to do. If you're careful, everything in life teaches us. We chose that work with people I like to know. Why I'm passionate about social. Because I want to hear stories, to see people and to know life. Every day I meet different people: doctors, designers, psychologists, managers, chefs, veterinarians, players, vendors, unemployed, child, etc.. The kinds of categories. I get to sit with each of at least one hour. To sit and listen to their story, to hear their life. Many times, remain impressed. Look of admiration as a man in front of me chose to fight and chose to live. To live in true sense. Unfortunately, the few times I looked sad and disappointed. Some people forgot to live. They forgot ... that their hearts beating. Simply sitting and waiting to go on, but then to come next, all the same. And so ... get to learn from each something. One lesson. Sometimes I learn these lessons in a pleasant smile on his face, sometimes I have to accept that the world now and ugly, sad and evil. This is the reality in which we live. A reality that if you are not aware of it, and might get lost somewhere along the way. Learn. Leave anyone to teach you. Leave that little baby you learn how to love. Sick leave to teach you how to appreciate health. Leave caregiver to teach you what is humility. Leave the old man to teach you what years. Let them, because learning to learn, not a paradox, is wisdom.

I used to dream of being a psychologist. Because I am that interested on human beings, the inner working of the brain and their behavior. In a true sense, each person we met has a lesson to teach us if we chose to open our mind and accept it. When we meet a poor guy on the streets, it teaches us to be thankful for what we have, to be careful about money and to be humble to give what we have. When we meet a dying person, it teaches us to appreciate life more, to be careful with life and to not waste it to gain enemies but rather to patch the misunderstanding we had with others. When we see a newborn, it teaches us not to disrespect our parents for the many years they sacrifice for us to become who we are to day. When we see a disabled person, it teaches us to be thankful to be physically well and to be inspired for the strength they had to face life. There is a lot to learn in life , in ourselves, in others and in the surroundings. And indeed with this learning comes wisdom.

No matter how much experience that you have, no matter how much you know, no matter how old that you are, there is always going to be something that you can potentially learn. I think that the fact is that there is just something that is going to learn is really just something that is a really good attitude to really have in life. Where you need to keep right with everything, just keep learning and everything is really just going to come together like that. There are times where I thought that I had known a lot but someone has taught me very many new lessons. Life is the greatest learning experience. You will never know everything but from the cradle to the grave, there is just a chance to a learn. A chance to really learn to say the very least. And a chance to experience just really get the best out of everything that exists right in life. There is just something about that, that puts a smile on my face and just learn for all of the new experiences.

You said you sit with a lot of people. What are you? A therapist or something? Therapists do have a nice job. They learn a lot from a lot of people, and at the same time, help people with their issues. Life should be lived, exactly as you said it, but it seems work has been eating my time more. I don't like the fact that most people work more than they play -- this should be balanced.

Hi didi A great discussion as always During the past 16 years, I worked, I was a teacher. In that, I realized that there are two different types of students - who want to learn and who dont. Those who dont, many a times do learn when they start their life. Life is the best school to learn. but still some are unfortunate souls and maybe their ego or ignorance(I dont understand the why) but they still dont learn. Personally, I agree with you that it is the people and life which teaches us better than what we do at schools, colleges etc. I do spend some time (mostly on holidays) at a nearby old age home where I learn a lot from the experiences of the aged. Their stories of experiences does show great ways to handle issues many a times.
