iv'e open this topic for people to share foods or delicacies they can share with the world.. now as for starters, let me start with my food or delicacies i can share with or perhaps you may want to try to make one.. let me introduce to you the first delicacy that i have tasted in my home land, the so called "Binagol".. many would wonder what it would look like but i can describe it as a food put on a half coconut shell.. its a mixture of taro roots, coconut milk, eeg, sugar, condense milk and some put on peanuts.. sadly i cannot tell you how to cook it because i don't how to cook it but i can assure that its one of my favorite and that i love to eat it..

binagol? where province is that from?here in marikina there is no specialty delicasy, we only have main dishes and not food but shoes :)

from Leyte... yeah i remember way back elementary days my teacher taught me that marikina is the shoe capital of the philippines, also everytime she talks about marikina it is being followed by Imelda Marcos as known for collecting shoes..
