Hi there guys,
Just would like to share that i made chicken salad with broiled chicken breasts and cabbage and carrots, jalapeno, tomato. I
t was great the meat was very lean and dripped out and the veggies just blended very well with the chicken this is just great the protein and fiber what about you guys any favorite healthy foods, because this is mine.

wow, you already owned the chicken salad. i always prefer a complete meal. sinigang for me is the best. it has a soup, vegies, fish/meat, and then you have rice that goes with it. if i have it, it makes my day complete. waahhh, food, food, attack..

Yup sinigang is the ultimate, Sinigang na baka is for me, I love it I used to love pork but since am off to a good start with loosing the weight, I try to avoid it.
Try but sometimes fail but in moderation. But for now chicken and fish is my new best friend i have a list here i=of different salads from basic to complicated and my ref is always full of new produce so that i can just always prepare a healthy meal anytime I want and if I'm to lazy prepare in one day a meal for a week and freezer it.
Micro-blast it everyday my each meal.

Hi there SIMPLYD,
Nothing it is just that, i know it is not customary but if i really wanna avoid the fat it'll just have to deal without the mayo, but it was great.
I'm not really choosy with food but i can discern a good meal from a bad one, but this one was good and tasty anyway thanks for commenting and by this time Ive eaten a lot more salads i just love it.

But what's your dressing for that salad? If it's mayonnaise, then there's still the fat in the salad.
