Is onlinejobsfree.com a scam or its legit? Please help

Hi mylotters I joined an online data entry jobs site onlinejobsfree.com I want to know whether its scam or legit because in their FAQ they had mention that they are not here to scam people. We also need to earn at least $25 via refer-a-friend scheme and then upgrade our membership to pro to avail data entry jobs. Its the old site onlinejobsopen.com with a new name. If you know about it then please help.

Their contact address says:

whereas the earnings projected are in Indian Rupees. Seems owned by an Indian company but they want to project as International company. Not smart enough.
I have become wary of those "Data Entry" sites. Most of the times they are just bogus redirecting us to another 'Paid Survey' or some of that kind. They seek referrals.
Seems you have joined. You can find the details in your member area. And if possible prove my answer wrong.

On their contact page, below the New Zealand address they say:

VC, you did a lot of search about this site and provide the proof, surely it is a scam one, we can easily find it out after reading your reply. I wonder whether the New Zealand address is true or not, why don't the owner of the address don't take any action against this company
