How much money do you have saved for reitrement.... and how old are you?

My husband and I have about 43k in retirement. We are 34 and 33. Yes I am nosey. I have no idea if we'll have enough to retire. How much do you have saved and how old are you?

20 years old here, and currently have saved nothing for retirement.. I intend to save more by the time I graduate and get a regular job, but I think it's not for retirement - it's more for marriage..

I am 24 years old, and I've nothing saved. I do need to start saving though, as I want to be live comfortably when I do retire. I've heard off and on that social security may not be there for me when I am old enough to retire.
