What to do? When someone make you emotional fool!

Hi Friends!
Basically I am not so emotional; but some time whenever someone who so close to your heart, make you emotional & use you!
In that case what to do?

I don't mind getting emotional when i am with a close friend.
Just reminiscing our happy and sad times during our childhood would bring us both into tears. AMidst our tears we would laugh, because we were able to survive those hard times.
