People are afraid of the security of the credit cards. Even if you can use your signature or passwords for it, but somewhat it is not safe enough. I have a credit card which has my phone on it. Perhaps it is a safer way

I don't see how a photo of yours in the credit card make it any safer than those without it. Unless the retailer has photogenic ability to instantly recognize it is a thief using your credit card with accuracy on the spot, other than that, most of the time, thief doesn't even need to present himself to purchase with stolen C.C. I assume it is just part of the risk one has to endure and put up with from using credit card, after all, you are usually end up paying the price for any security breach instead of your bank. It is no doubt thief always stay a step ahead of you on this one.

Nothing can be 100% safe. Perhaps adding a photo on your credit card can make it safer 10%.

I have no idea how many percentage of safer can it actually provide with a photo, but if you think it is 10% more safe relative to your worry, then i assume it is fine. If without photo is only 30% secure, then with your photo it is 40% secure, it still subject you to theft easily, i won't classified it as 'safe' as all.

Hi youless, I always make sure that my credit cards are safe with me after using it. We must check our card to make sure whether it's really ours by looking at our name on it after every dealing. We also must have the credit card service center phone number with us. This is for us to contact the center to cancel the card immediately in case we have got the card lost. This is to prevent any culprits that try to take advantage from us to use the card illegally Happy posting

I have two credit cards and only one would notify me via SMS after every purchase I have made. Yeah, it's safer doing in this way. And we could contact the card service center straight away if we don't do any deal with our card

When I pay for something by my credit card, the bank will send me a SMS to notify me.

I am thinking by this feature where your credit card has a phone in it? by that, you mean that your pin number is your phone number? I have worked for a credit card company before and im telling you that most of the time the security of the users depend on the owners of the card. if you leave your card lying around, or have used your card on some suspicious restaurants, etc... you can be sure your account can be copied, all your information included.

Yeah, the safety of using credit card always attracts the attention of people. Recently a debate of whether only signature or signature plus passwords is safer occurred on the newspaper. You said you had a credit card which has your phone on it. Sorry for not catching your meaning. You mean your credit card is attached to your phone? or you write your phone number on your credit card?

Sorry, perhaps I made a mistake in spelling. I want to say that my credit card has my photo on it.
