Higuys! Just yesterday I applied at a clinic that provides health services through alternative medicine. Some people really think its effective. Although I have studied that in our profession but we did not focus in it, since we are used to giving medical and nursing treatment. A lot have made their testimonies about its effectivity, like treating cancer with chelation using those herbal medicine and they have proven that it was really effective. For those patients who have critical condition and they think medical treatment seems hopeless for them, they sought for alternative methods which might give some miracles. In fact they have a lot of clients but form, I still can't give my full trust to it since it does not have a proven therapeutic effect, but I am not closing my mind to it. If I will be hired in that clinic,I think it will be exciting to work on a new method and at the same time nervous since its not the method I amused to. Can you share your thoughts about alternative medicine?.:)

You usually need to give at least 2 weeks for these natural medicines to take effect, and in most cases their healing effect are more permanent. Take for example when you are trying to cure a heart disease, you may be recommended to take a kind of herbs which is Cayenne capsules which is family of red pepper. Now for your heart condition to get better, you need to take about 2 to 3 capsules of Cayenne everyday. If you follow this plan, after about two weeks, you will find that your heart problem may have improved considerably or have disappeared completely. After that you may just try to take Cayenne capsules for maintenance in smaller dosages. This type of treatment is similar to many types of natural medicine that is meant to treat different types of diseases. The main thing about natural healing is that they focus on prevention rather than curing an illness. And if an illness is already present, the main focus then is to cure the main source of the disease and not only the symptoms that can be detected. Actually I'm not a natural medicine doctor but I have read enough books about it and have tried several kinds of herbal medicines that works almost miraculously :)

I have to say that I like the idea of natural remedies but I can never get passed the feeling that when I´ve tried them in the past they've never worked and I've always gone back to industrial strength modern medicine. How did anyone ever get cured of anything centuries ago?
