I wasn’t able to pass the GREEN TEST in Teleperformance

This is the second time that I wasn’t able to pass in Teleperformance. Though the difference is that I wasn’t able to reach the initial and final interview unlike the first time I applied in Alphaland Makati I wasn’t just able to pass the final interview since I lack knowledge in online games. But when I went back to Alphaland after three months which indeed I was supposed to go back in January, the test about computer application became different. There is what you call the Green Test in which you are going to classify the terms in online games and other computer application. Therefore you must be really familiar with the software, hardware, drive, installer, and other more information of computer. Well honestly I just don’t find it easy. At first I failed both in Green Test and Grammar but when I went back for retake that is the time that I wasn’t able to pass the Green Test only so at least I am confident enough of having progress a little bit. But then if I am going to get back after 1 month then it is going to be the whole process again. I don’t feel bad about it since I am still hoping that I can find a job which is chat or email support; the non voice account can do as well. So anyone here has tried to apply in online gaming account at Teleperformance? Anyone here who was able to passed the Green Test?
