I think you are all familiar with this site. Its like Triond but most mylotters feel this is best site to publish articles.
I use to write 4-5 articles on weekly basis to publish on this site. Normally, i get around 10-20 views a day without any kind of promotions.
I stopped publishing articles for previous month due to my work load. One week before, the daily views from this site have been stopped fully. I shocked this site also turns to scam. But, i published one article to check the progress. Once, i submitted the article the number of views crossed around 120 within 1 or 2 hours after that all other views came to normal. The view sites only shown like expertscolumn.com, so i thought that there were some server problem and they reloaded my previous balance.
Yesterday, i have submitted one more article as soon as the number of views crossed more than 100 again. Today also same thing for another article. I confused whether the site owner providing motivational money for all of our articles.
Anybody of you facing similar issue with your expert's column account. If yes, feel free to leave your comment here.

Hi Asasikumar, the page views you see is the daily page views.
If you stop submitting articles, the daily page views will definitely drop.
The only way to keep consistent page views is to use seo techniques that rank your articles in the first page of search result page.
If you check the page views statistics for the past 2 months, you can see the accumulated views.
It will give you an idea of the average page views during the month that you have no time to write.
Sometimes, the site is down for maintenance for a couple of hours.
In this case, nobody can read or submit articles.
You probably have checked the statistics after one such lengthy maintenance period.

Hi Asasikumar, we think that Expertscolumn is helping us to promote newly published articles, since many of us noticed the same thing.
It is not consistent.
That means certain articles will get a few hundred page views within 24 hours, but some articles are just not being promoted.

Hi Asasikumar, nobody can make $5 per 1000 views, since Expertscolumn takes about half of the earning.
Please do not forget that traffic comes from everywhere.
When someone reads an article, he may read another article of similar niche.
There are some internal traffic too.
Based on the experience of most writers there, the average rate you can get is about $1.50 per 1000 views.

Its nice to hear that you are having more than 1000 visits per day. It means you are at least earning 5$/day for no work. Nearly, 150$/month for a minimum. All the best for your hard work. I should learn a lesson from you and try to reach the target soon.

I have about 90 articles on the site and am happy to keep writing for EC. I got paid once and will qualify for my second payout this week but I may just let it grow. The administration is interested in improving the site. I hope they continue to progress in a positive way and wish them success. So far, I am very happy there!

Yesterday was my biggest day as far as views is concerned, a total of 347 views. I am simply amazed. Great site!

That's too nice again. All the best for your exceptional progress. This site looks like promising for both payments as well as proper updating of number of views each day. Now, i am consistently increasing my page visits. One week before, the total visits was only 10-12 but now it is improved to 25 visits per day.
But, still i am not taking the benefit of promoting my published articles because i don't know how to promote articles effectively. I am on the learning stage and soon will get closer to your target.

You are right. Expertscolumn.com is genuine site and makes valuable of our articles by providing good and consistent earnings of our each submitted article. Nobody gave a bit of negative opinion for these many days after starting this discussion.

i too was member of the site experts column, i think this site is sister concern of expose knowledge site, there also i have stopped posting articles,i have posted two or three articles in experts column,but still it is difficult to me to participate in that site, for your information, i am off with this mylot site for eight months ,due to lack of knowledge,people of any site will not guide proper way with details of the site step by step,so that every body can do and earn some money, have a nice day

You are right. I had also been innocent to use mylot for whole 3 months after joining. Mylot unleashed my writing potential once after leaving few comments here. Now, i couldn't spend more time with Mylot but i am making a nice income for writing from bidding sites. Even though writing is my part time job, i am generating large income here which more than getting from my full time job.

Hi asasikumar, I joined recently to the site and republished few articles. I observed whenever we post articles that day we can see more page views and slowly it goes down. It is natural. I don't think it is a scam site, because i heard from many people about their payouts.

Hello friend, the number of views might be high because after the submission of new articles, they will stay sometimes in the homepage of expertscolumn, as like our started discussion in mylot will stay in a while on homepage.

expertcolumn is a good site
the articles you published won't generate traffic on it own we need to share to the links to get it going
i used promote my articles a lot before and now with no work i am able to get around 100-150 views on them

That's great. If you have 100-150 views per day means, you can easily get around 5$ per week for no work. Currently, i am learning techniques to promote my articles. I will try to increase the number of views per day.

It is natural for you to get 100+ page views within the 24hrs of submitting your article and then, the page views for the article goes back to normal after a day or two. The first day you get so many views because, as soon as you publish a new article, it is been posted in the home page of the site and it stays there for a while in which people who are just surfing the site, gets to read your article. It happens for me also. Nothing to worry. It is a genuine site. I have not been submitting any article at all there for the past couple of months, still I get around quite a no-of views every article that I have submitted and I still get around 10 cents a day which is not bad at all without anything to do from my site. Other than that, I have never promoted any of my articles because I do not know how to do so. I just submitted a few articles earlier which were rejected on iwriter. I find expertscolumn as a great site.

Oh thank you for clearing my doubt. I have been confused for last three days to understand this fact.
It is nice to hear that you are earning around 10 cents per day but we should learn the way for promoting our articles. There are many members generating so many views for each published article on expertscolumn.com by creating group in facebook, traffic generating sites, tweeting etc.

Thanks for your comments. Actually, i am also saying that Experts Column.com is a genuine site. Once again read my full discussion to understand what i am saying.
I am getting more than 100 views for each article within 24 hours after the submission. The "view sites" option shows like expertscolumn.com for these many views. I use to get one or two views daily but this is really unusual.
