More problems at work!!!!!!!

In my previous discussion I talked about the assistant manager and the way she handle things unprofessionally. Yesterday, the store manager tries to tAlk to her to get her on the same page as everyone else. Of course, everything one in one ear and out the other. And childish as she is she goes back and tell her cashier, "the store manager tried to talked to me about some b.s it went in one ear and out the other I'm not trying to hear that! Of course he comes to tell me because I'm a manager also. And on top of that that girl had the nerve to open up 2 rolls of nickles, 2 rolls if dimes, 2 rolls of pennies and a roll of quarter in not one but two of the tills and yes I brought this to his attention. what would you do in a situation like this?

yes, i think being in bossy position shcnages people, for the job i used to do the manager assistance is so totally rude and have nohting to do with managing she only wants to play the boss and the manager supports her since both are just want to force new rules that already cause a lot of problems, and in the meetings they both do in the admin is only to eat and talk and laugh that what its meet about, i hate them and i hate the head that put them in this position and no eye on them, oh i hope they will find a day where they will be forced to leave their jobs, as they did to other people.

Hi Nastarcia,
It sounds as if this assistant manager is not manager material. The boss talks to him and he goes right out and discusses it with the cashier and admits that it went in one ear and out the other??And then tells you, a manager?? I have not read your previous discussion yet but it sounds as if this person does not care much about his job in which case you have to wonder how he made it to management position. And I got lost when you mentioned a girl that opened up all those coins. Are we talking about 2 different people and 2 different problems here?
