Long hair, bushy beard and dark eyes --- do they scare you?

Long hair and a bushy beard does not scare me. I like it. I do prefer a well-cared for beard. Other "qualities" scare me...like shifty eyes and a nasty look.

Their appearance will scare you sometimes. They are just an ordinary people like us. They don’t harm you if you don’t bully them. Remember in the saying that “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” Don’t judge people with their appearance, if you want to know them, be good to them and they will treat you good. If you want others to like you, be kind and friendly to them.

My brother-in-law had long hair years back when he met my sister. He now has short hair and has always been a lovely person. I think a bushy bearded man is trying to hide something. Yes, a man with long hair, a bushy beard and dark eyes rushing towards me would scare me. Yesterday I got bus tickets from the tourist information. I had a tourist information officer run after me. A couple got a map and were about to mug me. I am so thankful to that tourist information officer. Otherwise I would have been mugged. The couple looked ordinary to me. A mugger does not have a particular look to him or her. I came to the bus station in a taxi because of the luggage. It is in a dangerous part of town. I have been to the train station twice and that too is in a dangerous area.

I Am not sure about the dark eyes, but my father looks like this. Trust me, I understand the fear you felt. It is scary to see men like this, and especially if their demeanor or face shows anger. There are some people that look like this but have a kinder, gentler look and that doesn't scare me. I'd have ran past them, not making eye contact the same as you.

Well they do seem like your stereotypical serial killer profile at times but really that would be a bit too obvious. I think that there are many people in public that are going to give off a slightly intimidating aura just because of the way they look. And there are times where people just have a presence for some reason. It is just some vibe that they give off that make them just the slightest bit intimidating and rather scary. Of course to me the scariest ones are the ones that look completely normal. It is one thing to look scary, because everyone is on their guard, just waiting for something to happen. It is another thing to look like an approachable person with a nice bright smile on your face. Those people can be more dangerous than the person that seems scary. There is a good reason why people never see things coming from people because they do project an image of something approachable for a good reason.

If they all look like Russell Brand, I wouldn't mind. :) There are some guys who look good with long hair and the scruffy beard. And some don't and those guys would look scary to me.
