men's ego on empowered women

Some say that men gets scared or get intimidated with a woman who is superior than him, who is powerful than him. It hurt his ego mostly when they are husbands and wives. It can start fights and argument in the house. When a man would insist something or suggest something that she would think not the best he can give or share.. He do it on purpose of not actually pushing her up but pulling her down so at least he stands a step higher. What do you think about these?

It takes much training to help a man learn to not let his ego control his life. I have 12 years in the making, my man no longer does this, or at least not often. He does maybe with other people. Men like to feel on top but the truth is they need women to hold them up there. And they don't like that truth so much.

What I think about this is, men and women are equal, no superior and inferior. Someone just needs to think about what is better and best for the family and egos must set aside when it comes to a family. And take note that all problems can be solved by good conversation and a lot of understanding.
