Patricia Lefranc the 48 year old lady who was left in coma for months is now battling her rights to court after her jilted lover left her and sprayed sulphuric acid on her face." He made me a monster" that was all that is said by Patricia who spent three months in a coma, lost sight of her one eye, became partially deaf, and she has to endure 86 surgical operations.I pity this lady honestly but I can see in her that she is ready to fight for her rights as well.I salute her for standing up tall despite the mockery she gets from her son's friends and glances from people who never knew what really happened to her.I saw her pictures online and I feel the need to let some lotters know about her specially us girls that we should not be afraid and we must stand still to fight for our rights not just for being a girl but because we are humans. If you were on Patricia's shoes will you do the same?to tell you honestly we have the same first name that's why I really feel for her.Share your thoughts pls..

That is truly awful what happened to her. It is a sad and disgusting thing what he did to her. I'm glad that she is standing up for herself. I truly hope that she gets everything that she possibly can. People do terrible things to those that they supposedly love. If I were in her shoes I would hope that I could do the same.

not a lot of women are like her. The pakistani (not sure) woman who had the same fate jumped on the building after battling for what happened on her face. I salute Patricia for being brave. Sometimes it hurts even more that the people we have loved are the person that will inflict pain on us.

This is one of the most horrible things I have seen.....she deserves everything that she can get in the fight......and someone should throw the book at him and he should have to spend the rest of his life in jail! To mame someone like that there is not excuse.....I also will say a prayer for this woman....and she and every woman should be so proud of her!

kindred spirits fight along side. they find common ground to stand with each other. they identify with each other's situation. you seem to have considered patricia your kindred spirits. i understand what she is undergoing and fighting for. and i admire your belief in her cause.

i pity that woman although she become a mistress and later separate with that man. she still does not deserve to experience such pain and long term struggle with her face destroy y such outrage of violence spring from her ex. lover hatred. the ex. lover should deserve to experience such humiliation it become so pity to see her fighting for her right to get the right justice. the torment of emotional and body pain s so much to handle though her fighting spirit is very noticeable. she would fight and that is a sign of courage to get the right justice so his plight would not be ignored. this is a reminder of her suffering for all the women and children who get abuse over time should be stop as a sample of her plight.

Wow, I'm truly lost for words. I'm grateful to you for the awareness but this is really a heart wrenching situation. You are right for she's indeed a brave individual having had to endure not only the attack, but the stares and mocking glances of people who don't know her or what she's been through. The cruelty of people can be so astounding, but this woman deserves a round of applause for her bravery, and I do pray and hopes that she gets the healing that she needs, both mentally and physically. We recently celebrated women's day, and I don't see that point especially in the light of situations like this one, but you are also correct when you stated that women need to know their right and fight for it, we need to be empowered, we need to know our worth, demand our worth because we aren't just women, we're human beings. Thanks for the awareness, Patricia Lefranc will definitely be in my prayers
