Roads that Irk or Have Irked You

A Sign of Confusion at Newark Airport! - Here's an example of what you'd see when driving somewhere people are annoyed by. For instance, when exiting Newark Airport, you'll have to make up your mind which highway you should use to get out, per this confusing sign.

I was born in New Jersey, so I know a lot of bad/jam-filled roads there (love the charm of 'em though). I remembered Dad carefully navigating the roads around Newark Airport (primarily Route/Raceway 21 and Route 1-9) to drop my grandmother and I off to catch that flight to the Tampa Bay area (where I live now). I remembered how the bus drivers who drove us Forum School kids to our field trip destinations dodging Irksome Route 17 traffic. Heck, last summer, Mom even navigated the Turnpike to Great Adventure! That road is prone to animal drivers, jams, and funny smells. Near where I live is SR 60, Florida's version of New Jersey's Irksome Route 17. Gosh, I hate that road! Each time we go to Youth Mass after exercising in the gym, we'd be stuck in traffic there and almost always arrive late. Unlike the NJ counterpart, retail still booms on Sundays, so that's a huge chunk of the problem! What roads in your area are pains in butts? What are your experiences regarding them?
