My dad availed the landscaping design book by Shirley Sanders however that book was delivered by her daughter in our house, and my dad told me that she is an architect. That is why they were able to conversed with each other about the landscaping in the Philippines and their clients. They were the ones who designed the landscape of Trinoma Mall in Quezon City. I was amazed with it because it is very beautiful and it became classy looking. Then the daughter had mentioned that one of their projects are from SM malls and I think they are in charge of landscaping the SM Cebu, she even told my dad that it is the largest mall in the Philippines as in large than Mall of Asia. As I could remember that is even 4 times large of Mall of Asia. That is also near by the bay just like here in Manila. I've already seen the book and who their clients are. Most of them are establishments and houses or rich and famous people who are living in Forbes Park, La Vista, Ayala Alabang, Hillsborough, and even the condominiums. After they had talked my dad have taken the lunch with us then he already started to talk about this architect. He was really amazed because of her personality and good attitude that she is humble enough to accommodate everybody even us that we are not rich and prominent that we can never be her client unless if we have plenty of money to approach her to landscape our home. She even asked her mom to put dedication on the book that will be given to my dad. I mean my point here is not all big time people especially if their clients are prominent can be humble enough to face all people. Some prominent people in business are making profiling even in some low trend industry are doing that. Example base on my Aunt's sentiment when she organized the wedding for her niece and nephew there was a catering that wasn't able to delivered well just because the per head basis was very low to the extent that they weren't able to follow the instructions of what is given to them. But not this Sanders family, because I could reflect that they all started in humble beginnings then right now they are still humble which is also important in establishing business. Because if you are not humble then how could you earn respect from other people?

hello, I think "old rich" or real rich people are easier and more pleasant to talk to ( at least most of the time) because they have breeding and had been raised well and have nothing more to prove to themselves. This is in contrast with the " bagong yaman" or "nouveau riche" who still have to assert their new place in society. The daughter is a second, third etc.. generation so her only problem is to see to it that her family stays in that status, so I think she is doing a good job and business practice, you know in business you have to treat clients the same, big or small cause you will never know when small would become big and big would fail someday, so I think she does the right thing. I'm very happy for you and your father, perhaps they saw some potential in your dad, who knows you might be very big someday.
