i am a firm believer of this concept and use it very often in my daily life for various purpose. It has been booked as one of the business tactics.

Hi Shweta!
The meaning and concept of Jugad could only be understood by us only. We often make some unconventional arrangements to get a thing done.
Once I locked my door and kept the keys on the window. However, the keys fell down. I could not understand what to do.
I took a string and tied a strong magnate at its one end (I could make a Jugad for a magnet bar .....lol
) and then I loosened the string from the window towards the likely place of keys and soon the magnate (bar) caught hold of keys and I pulled the string slowly and could manage to retrieve my keys.

You are very wise and smart enough and it is good that you could arrange to find solutions to some typical problems through 'jugad' and helped save your bosses/employer from audit authorities.
