I'm looking for a new better job

Recently, my company has occurred many bad things. The working environment is becoming worse. So, I would like to look for a better job. I want to have a job which I can provide health and society insurance system, and I can focus on a main job. When I have free time and my boos has not been in office (of course :) ), I have searched on Internet to find a suitable job. There are many jobs well. However, they have not been suitable to my abilities and my inquires, so I have not applied them. I hope that I would have a good job before I'll announce to my boss that I'll resign !

Getting a better job with a better pay and a better working condition is always at the topmost in the priorities of people looking for a job. I know that as you continue to search, you can find one that will suit your abilities. It may take time but you can do it. However, is it really a better job and a better working condition or environment, that you are looking for? It might be something far more better than a working condition. It might be FREEDOM. Freedom to do what you love to do, and make the money you want to make. Your comment will be highly appreciated. Good day.

You're right. I always want to have freedom in job. However, I know that I can't get it at present. So, I didn't put it as my target. I think that target should be suitable with ability and fact :) I like your response and thank you for your sharing.
