Dear Friends
Meditation helps us in curing many problems and stress tops the list .....
But During meditation I often become victim of sleep and instead of going to deep meditation I often fell asleep in 30-40 minutes of my practice of meditation .........
DO you also feel sleep is the biggest enemy of mediation .....

I fall asleep during my prayer time. It could be because I go to bed late and get up early.

I know you're right, but I'll probably continue my bad habits.

I think you have to be clear about your goal when meditating. If you are doing this to release stress then reaching that 30-40 minutes of sleep means you have obtained your goal. I am sure you awake refreshed, I know I do. If however you are searching for enlightenment then you must center you mind in a firm way. I do this by focus on the colors of the chakras. This gives my busy mind a focus and helps me control my breath. There are many things on the Internet to help with meditation. Blessings
