Does ghosts or spirits really exist? / myLot

I got curios about ghosts or spirits when there were some strange things happening in the apartment that I live. Those strange thing was the note book slapped on the table which the note book was on the middle of the table and there was no one there when I went to check who it was.But those things didn't happen very often, almost it doesn't even happen hose strange things but is it a ghosts, spirits or am I just hearing sounds???

Yes, I do believe that ghosts exist. I believe that I have had encounters with them, felt their presence, and such. However, I don't think that we should be afraid of them. At least, not of all of them.

I believe in Spirits but not as they depict in the movies, I believ we have spirit guides that are there with us through our lives to try and guide us in the right direction in life, I feel our inner voice is their communication to us.
