I'm planning to start doing exercise every morning. I just to ask you what are your routine every morning? I mean, do you take a bath before you jog or exercise or you take a bath after you exercise. And if you take a bath after the exercise how many minutes do you rest before you take your bath. It's a help for me to know. Thanks a lot.

Good luck with your new goal. I used to work out 2-3 times a day but have fallen off track. I remain active by walking around parks, mystery shopping etc. To answer your question I agree with the rest of the panel. Sweat then shower! Till next time Have fun!!

Thank you for also making me laugh, Ollana11. Wow! You're doing mystery shopping. I read one post about mystery shopping last week. She's asking if she can do it full time.

I think it would be rather advisable to take a bath after our exercise is done. For a number of reasons. I don't see the point in getting clean, before getting all sweaty and achy and potentially smelly. Besides depending on how hard that I push myself, I might just be taking another bath again, so that is really just something that is going to be a waste to say the very least to take a bath before the fact as opposed to after the bath. Plus it gives a chance to soak my muscles that have been worked to prevent excessive soreness. To me that would be among the most important things to do. To relax in the bathtub, to unwind depending how quickly that I have pushed myself and how hard that I have pushed myself. Doing it before I exercise is just something that doesn't really lend itself to a great deal of logic. Hence why I take a bath after I am done to cool down and soak my muscles.

Well I'm not working out daily most of it I'm going to play basketball when I want to work out. So, usually I'm going in the afternoon and after I'm done I get back home, drink some water and sit for like 10-15 minutes and then I take a bath.

It's exercise first before taking a bath, so you get rid of the dirt in your body, like salts and sweat. But, caution, for health's sake, let your body cool down for a while before bathing. Don't take a bath immediately after your exercise. Let it cool down first, I mean your body.

Early morning, I jog for about 30 minutes every other day and do sit-ups and push-ups during the interval days. I will take about 5-10 minutes rest before taking a bath. Taking bath after exercise removes sweat and feel even more relaxed rather than taking bath before going to exercise/work-out.

Here in the Philippines, most people here especially in the province and some in the cities, they believe in the natural disease called "PASMA" or "PASMO" where there is no such medical words for it in the English Dictionary, meaning, it is not true. therefore, it doesn't matter if we take a bath before or after exercise. since our skin were water proof, tough, and water resistant. that even novice and professional boxers take a quick gulp of liquid and splash the remaining glass of waters in their face, head and shoulders while they are still vigor, exhausted, stress, tired and the fight still continues....

I used to jog or brisk walk every morning. It usually takes 30 minutes. In my case, I'm taking my breakfast for 1 hour while chatting with friends. Then, I'll go back home for additional 15 minutes. That's the only time that I'm going to take a bath. I don't want to take a bath when I'm still so tired. 10-15 minutes is not enough for me to cool down my body.

I do jog sometimes in the morning and I take a bath after jogging. I usually wait around 10-15 minutes to normalize my heart rate then I take a shower.

After I am doing my exercise or jog every morning, I take a hot water bath since my body can't hold cold water and there is a tendency cold water closes pores where the remaining excess air from our exercise that came out from our pores trapped inside. Since I keep on sweating after hot water bath, I wait for a half an hour of sweating before taking a bath or stay in a cold room temperature.

I always jog with my friends afternoon, about 4 p.m, a scentific time for exercising,i think. We like to chat for a rest about 30 minutes after jogging. Then i wiil take a bath in the colleg's common bathing pool.Frankly speaking,it is expensive. It means if i take a bath half an hour,i need pay 6 yuan.
