Blue Star : How Badly You Love It

A year ago I had a blue star because I am really active here but right now I am rarely go here because I am really busy just to do any thing else.
I see my star fallen into red. Honestly I proud of my blue star because its mean I got good reputation here and you all like me (its how I see it 
).
So you see I am in red now and really close to fall to next reputation.
So Myloters is it really important to you to had blue star and who have not got it do you made it your goal to had blue star?

Welcome back!
Your star has not fallen due to your inactivtty. It depends on how others have rated your posts, even while you were inactive.
You are not close to falling to yellow. That will not happen until you drop below 85.5/100.
Why don't youget active again so that we can rate your activity like before?
Mine became blue recently after years of being yellow and slowly climbing to red. I am happy that it is blue and many of those who rated me hoped that it would eventually turn blue too. I am thankful to them 
I can see too that, compared to when mine was silver, the earnings are also an improvement now that it is blue so hopefully it will stay there now.

our stars keep on going up and down from time to time depending on how other rates us
i haven't reach till that mark yet but my current rating is my highest here thanks to mylotters who rated me
i don't think of it too much as i have many other things too do

Yes our star really depend on how others rating us. Its just made thinking there is possibility there are someone who doesn't like here and give negative rating, and that's bothers me 
.
I always rate positively to any one who respond to my discussion either I agree or not. Its my way to respect their hard work to participating in my discussion. Its hard to think there is someone who no thinking that's way and I think I always polite all the time.

I do not mind getting a red or blue star. What matters is my interaction with my friends here, who are always ready to join me in my discussions and its vice versa is also true.

As Diana already explained it above, I won't bother adding to it. However, I will answer your question.
When it comes to the blue star, I don't really try for it...at least not anymore. Back when I first started on here and got my first star it was a 6. I won't lie to you. It bothered me terribly! LOL I saw others on here with a pretty 10 blue star and darn it, I wanted one! So I made it my goal to get one. After I reached it, everything sort of fell into place. Now it just seems to stay there on it's own.
Of course avoiding certain discussions helps, I think. Especially discussions that tend to get heated, like religion and debates. Being polite on here is always good too. It certainly doesn't hurt, that's for darn sure!
(Just remember, a blue star isn't everything. But it can be nice to have.)

, when its first drop to red I really think about it, where did I made mistake. Yes I did make a silly debate with someone but I think he is grown up man who can take difference in opinion and we had been good myloting friend. Now its made me suspicious

I always try to be nice to any one and respect their point of view, So far I don't feel there any one who hate me. I think its better to had positive mind like you said and hopefully its will be blue again when I am start active again.

mmh in reality i never consideed a goal havign a blue star here on mylot so normally if you reach a red star isn't bad at all...so for the moment don't mind urely if someone will rate your post as positive you wll gain you blu star too anyway don't mind too much....

Its takes a long time for me to get that's blue star and I had work hard for it, its feel sad when you lost it.
Its not really matters now 9 is also a good reputation just one step to blue. I hope soon we will had it
