Example you are going to prepare for your own party but it can be also for baptismal, debut or wedding do you trust the budgeted suppliers? Meaning if that is discounted then is it good quality or services? Like for example you've get the package for catering then you have the privilege of using free venue, additional cakes, and other more freebies then meaning to say the taste of the food is really good that you will be satisfied? Another example here is that you've got the packages of photo and video then does it mean that the quality is really good? Have you encountered any dilemma when the packages, promos or discounted materials or suppliers are not in good quality just because it is budgeted?

I think that those who use these types of people who set up these venues, know to check into everything. Sometimes it's just a nice little freebie after spending so much. Those that go with the budged stuff most likely won't when it comes to catering. The budgeted stuff is usually tables and the like that can be made to look nicer. I've used "budgeted" stuff but never on food.

I would never ask someone else to arrange my party but if I would not trust them and check them out. I don't like surprises esp. not financial ones I can't afford. Also I have a specific wish if it comes to food and drinks and I am the only one who can decide what is good or not. So again I would arrange it myself or check it out. But in the last case this would also mean it's a waste of my money to let someone else arrange it.
