Well theres no limit to how much you can earn here it depends on your time and your effort... Just keep posting your discussions tag,photo and awnser them, respond as many as you can and you´ll off your way. If you want some tricks or hints make a search on top mylot search bar... That depends on how much you post.
Positive ratings have some effect but I do not wht it is and so does the minus.
Pictures in post also count and pictures in your profile also count
Dont know about pictures in your avatar, but it helps your friends to find you!
