I Hate It when My Cellphone Drops Accidentally

As much as possible, I make sure that my cellphone is in a safe place or put it somewhere it will not be dropped. But then this past few days, I have noticed I often drop my phone and I swear to God I didn't do it on a purpose. Luckily I have a leather case which actually protects my cellphone from being crashed. I am really thankful that I have it. However, I must not depend on the protector alone. What I should do is to do not anymore let my cellphone be dropped easily. I would be gone crazy if my cellphone will be damaged. I should take care of this because it is so important in communicating to my family and friends and also in all other areas. Have you also experienced this with your cellphone? If yes, did your cellphone was able to manage it? Thanks!

My cellphone has experienced a lot of that too. I don't know, I think I am just a very clumsy owner. I often forget that I put my phone on my lap, and when I stand, it drops. I have two phones, the other has two speakers but only once is working. I believe the other speaker broke when I drop the phone about four feet high.

The falling of your phone has caused big damage on the speaker of your cellphone. That is hard. Good thing mine, nothing has been damaged yet. Just only scratches on the screen and other parts of it. I also forget sometimes where I put my phone. More power to you!

Yeah, too bad. My phone's loudspeaker function does not work anymore. I cannot use it when I want to be in handsfree mode when I am talking to someone. But I still can listen to music with speakers on because the other speaker is still working. We should always take care of our cell phones.

I am happy to hear that you can still use your phone's speaker for other purposes. It is really important to take care of our cellphones in order to avoid any damages to the phone. We must not just put it anywhere. In short we should secure it in a safe place.

If u are one who keeps dropping your cellphone, it shows that u are actually very careless. Because no matter how much u cherish it, wants to protect it and yet it keeps dropping, it goes to show it's not that important to u at all. Compare your cellphone to other stuffs u might be holding, if u are still dropping your cellphone, i guess u can forget about carrying one in the future. I believe not long after all this, u are gonna lose your cellphone for sure

I would like to defend myself, you are wrong that my cellphone is not that important to me. As a matter of fact, if I it is not important to me, I will not buy a protective case for this or I will just put it anywhere. This matters to me because this has been given as a gift. It doesn't mean that I am already careless. So if that is the case, then all those who have experienced this are also careless, right?

Even i have come across this pathetic situation and i never feel bad because i use a Nokia mobile. The basic models of Nokia can bear even a fall from 200ft height it opens into pieces but works perfectly once it is re assembled.

Wow! That means you will not worry if ever your phone would drop. I also have a phone which can bear anything. It is also Nokia. However, I don't use it anymore. What I use now is Samsung. I have to take care of it because it was given by me. Thanks and more power!

hi there cearn25, with regard to your main topic, as far as i know, nobody is exempted from that, and aside from it, nobody really wants that their cellphone be dropped accidentally or not. since this thing is important to each one of us. however, i know what you mean, that, there are times no matter how we careful we are, still, things go on differently. that no matter how you hold your things carefully, yet, it sometimes slips on the hand. as a result, it drops accidentally.

With that, I believe you have experienced this too. You are right, it still happens regardless of the preventive measures we undertake. Cellphones are very important to us in any sense. Thanks for participating to my discussion. I hope you enjoy it.

Cellphones are very important nowadays and without it, you might just be missing a lifetime. That is why advances to protect this technological discovery have been made such as screen protectors and casings made of rubber or leather to cushion an impact. Accessories and straps to be used as necklaces also help avoid letting it drop.

You are correct in your stand my friend. We seemed like can't live without cellphones and other gadgets. This is how we run our life now. Thanks for your wonderful suggestions. I have a small strap in my cellphone so I will get a hold of it. It is really important to take care of our belongings.

i never expereinced a situation like that so i never experienced a problem to my phone for this reason i think mobile phones nowadays will be more and more weak so anturally it is alwaysa good point trying to pretect them using body or screen protector...

Good for you my friend if didn't had any bad experience with your phone. It means you can't actually relate to us who feel very sad when eventually our cellphone drops though it was never in the intention of doing. Thanks for your suggestions. I will try my best to protect my phone from falling or any thing.

Yes, it happened to me many times and I got so angry at myself for being so clumsy coz I saved my money for a long time just to buy the cellphone I want and I just dropped it accidentally. Luckily, it didn't break at all. I am more careful now after the 3rd drop. lol

That is the word! Being clumsy at times. I admit I am very clumsy. I remember I would lost a thing like hanky or ballpen in school. With my cellphone, when I first had it, I promised that I would not drop it nor place it anywhere. But I am so clumsy that I have broke my promise. Yes, we have to be more careful now my friend. Thanks though.

Yes it happens to me twice a week or more.I drop or push my phone without knowing and hits on the floor.I hate it i try to avoid that but still...it happened again. My phone is not a iPhone or some of those expensive phones but still is a touch phone. My phone looks heavy damaged scratches on the screen, scratched on the sides that looks like a piece is missing. The phone is in a very good shape, works fine and i can still use it.

My cellphone too isn't an Iphone and is not that expensive just like yours. It is given to me by my dad. I will really take care of it and make sure not to drop it anymore. We don't know next time it will be crashed so badly. I don't want that to happen again. I am happy to hear that despite of it, still your phone is in very good shape and can still be use. Isn't it great? Mine doesn't have any scratches yet because of the leather case however, it is the leather that is damaged the most. I think the impact was really big.
