Dear friend,
I feel public speaking is a talent, provide the speaker could attract auidence to the act. At times the public would be aware of lots of things and social thing if that speeck do contain a quality. It entirely depends upon the speaker inlcuded with aspects like clarity, quality, presentation and the welfare side of the speech is given to the publice. At times some speeches do give thinking part of public.

Lots of people get nervous having to give a speech. Practice makes perfect. If you are speaking almost every day, you get to where it doesn't bother you. I have noticed many executives stand up and talk at every meeting. Many do not say much but they keep in practice.

The best and really only thing to do when speaking in public is to just don't it. Just stop thinking of how people are going to react and just talk. If they don't like it, chances are they might not like it no matter how long you stall. The same thing that if they do like it, they'll like it regardless of how long it takes.
Plus it allows the anticipation to be built up right in the back of the mind. And that to me is a really bad thing, with the anticipation being so much more worse than the actual even itself. So really I would be much more at ease just to really just throw myself right into those public speaking endeavors. Just keep speaking, just do what I need to do and it will rather be done.
