And that is how he knew that Jeffrey is her father. But if there is a birth certificate that is that easy to find why does Jeffrey think he can get away with denying that she is his daughter. The DNA test that Michael had done apparently proves it. I know that lots of people will say it was tampered with but just how would be the person who wanted to tamper with it have known it was being done? Does Jeffrey really not remember being with Chelsea's mother and her mother put him on the birth certificate even though he has no Idea he is her father or even a father at all?
