Hi guys, Well im just rummaging to things that i can make a discussion out of then i saw my multivitamins and got me thinking to myself, this is one of great importance in a persons life, it gets us going without really realizing it though we know not to not take our dose of multivitamins every day right. So my discussion about this is that it is very advisable to take in multivitamins after meals, well in my opinion and of what i know as a nurse is that a part of vitamins or some of the vitamins especially A,D,E,K work well with food and fats since it is fat soluble and also vitamin C which has a good amount in a vitamin is just normally acidic not enough to harm the stomach but still is acidic so better to cushion our stomach before eating i suggest. So in conclusion better have something first before our daily dose of micro nutrition. How bout you do you make sure you have something in your stomach before vitamins up?

Yes, that's true deo. We have to cushion up our stomachs specially when we take vitamin C. I always take my vitamins after breakfast. Sometimes it becomes automatic to me , that i would ask myself as i go out of the house to work, "uminom na ba ako ng vitamins ko?" (Have i taken my vitamins?).

Of course. It would be a loss to take the vitamins on an empty belly. As you said, liposoluble vitamins need fats for their better absorption. I take my vitamins and minerals after the most consistent meal I have, that being the breakfast.
