I've been having trouble sleeping

I've been having trouble sleeping, I often wake up during night feeling anxious and nervous, for some reason, and I can't go back to sleep. I just lay there breathing deeply and feeling all stressed what can I do to make it stop?

A warm cup of tea is relaxing the body and the soul . You seem to be under stress . Over the day is running a good method to make you tired . A good shower after that and you should be happy to relax and rest .

why are you stressed? that is what you need to look after. you may also want to consult a dr to make sure there is nothing medically wrong with you.

look for a Research study, someone will pay good money to study you & give Meds(-: *Nice Sunflower*
