A couple of days ago i posted here that i lifted a gallon of water to a 4 story building and got my back busted for wrong possible burn that i did, so with the surprised possibility that it incurred i thought to myself if doing that burn you 2000 calories by just getting up a gallon of water in 4 floors then i can do that everyday then burn more than what i consume, most definitely i will loose weight much much faster. Then I'll do that everyday right my dear friends.

You hit the nail on the head, bro. You are absolutely right about it. But remember when you move around heavy things, do you think you burn fat? Fat can only be burned when you do things slowly for a longer period of time as in walking. If you increase the intensity, the fat burning will shift to carbohydrate, and when you are puffing and blowing, you are about to burn sugar, bro.
