My dumbell i guess is alittle light, i think.

Hi there guys, This is about my workout equipment, and i think it is light and in need of an upgrade additional plates, well i have a dumbbell or a small bar that has 2 plates 10 lbs each i know Ive been using this for a while now and I'm fond of it, but i think if need to take my burning of calories to the next level maybe i need to increase the weight that i put in there right. So tomorrow I'm buying additional 10 pounds. Good Idea right?

Apart from weights; jogging or cycling in the morning hours is best to shed off those extra calories.
