Personally, I don't like Raul, for many reasons, but I have to say that he was always a great striker, and he is still able to do great things on the pitch. The second goal he has scored yesterday was fantastic, but it wasn't enough, Schalke needs a miracle to qualify. As for Raul, he will still score as long he will play, because he is a natural goal scorer, and the number of goals he has scored during his career show this.

I don't like Raul because he is a traitor, he betrayed Atletico Madrid, as he was raised by them and he went to the rivals with the first offers he got. Another thing which he has done was broking Linke's nose in a game against Bayern in 2002 and he didn't stop, he played the pass which Helguera has converted to goal and knocked Bayern out from the Champions League. So I have my reasons to don't like him, and I don't really care for his successes with Real or Schalke, because I don't like neither of this teams.

Rual has been one of the best strikers in the recent years in europe. He scored so many goals at real madrid and helped them wins lots of trophies. He is still playing well at schalke and scoring there too. He has developed a good partnership with huntelaar and both of them have been doing well for schalke in recent years.
It good to see him score in the europe again and he is still a world class player.
He might have lost his pace but he still is an intelligent footballer and will continue to score goals.
