is facebook getting hacked????

Hello.. I am a facebook user.I always like facebook..But i have heard that many people are trying to hack facebook..But i cannot understand why people try to hack facebook??Facebook gives happy to everyone..i have also heard the facebook is going to close in the coming years..Is this right??Is facebook getting Hacked??And do you guys have a facebook account and do you like it?? Please respond to this discussion..i want to know why facebook is closing or why is it being hacked???

I haven't heard about such issue on facebook getting hacked. It may be true or not. Either way, I hope not. It's sad when security and privacy is low on the net. :(

I like my facebook account, i just do not think much about it anymore because i have not been around the site lately...

Yes, I am not FB fan and has no account with them but a friend of mine who lives at UK she told me someone hacked her account and she lost her account. She did not about recovery thing at FB I guess because a month later she made a new account.
