Earn to support others...

Why are we so selfish to let others work as like us. Why can't we guide them in a correct way. There are people who really want to work honestly genuine to help someone. There are people who supports charity without earning. why we are so selfish in giving the right way to start online or what ever.
what is your point of showing the right way or steps to start earning...

We have a big farm but it is not that productive. We have a caretaker there who feels that he has become too old to manage it. Anyways, we were thinking of replacing him with someone who enjoys working in a farm. I have this dream of employing a married couple or a poor family of 3 wherein i would sponsor the scholarship of their kid while the parents work in the farm. Does it sound like a good idea?

There's no point behind not showing the way. But sometimes either they don't understand it or either they don't take it the way we said. And always there are some geniuses to bluntly rate anything as scam.
If I want help, I should ask. I should not expect someone to rescue me. And I should be open. There are lot of point like these. Hope you get what I mean.
