Ouch, I am sorry to hear that. But what had happened?
Was it related with a scam e-mail that you received before?
From the very start I tried to earn online, I keep my golden rule: I will never pay in order to get paid. Especially because I was a newbie, of course. Later on, I still keep that golden rule..

I learned my lesson. after that happened my father in law and husband look at me with distrust. i took myself out of his acc and everyday he's always asking me why i did such thing. i know now to never ever do that again and i wont! i grew up a little that day

these kind of emails had been around for so long that I don't get excited anymore when i received one. I admit that i got excited the first time I received an email telling me that there's this money and all i have to do is send them some infos and I'll get the bulk of it. But as the saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. Besides, the email came from, i think, nigeria if I'm not mistaken so that started the warning bells ringing.

Years ago when I was new to the Internet an online friend who was doing business with me send me an email explaining that he was stuck I don't know where in Africa and lost all his money and credit cards. He was asking for help and told me that he needed me to send him $200 to help him get out of this situation. Some bank details where provided where I should send the money to. I was really worried so I replied that I wasn't able to send him that amount and if there was anything else I could do. Same day he replied that he didn't know what I was talking about!! Someone stealed his email and send those emails to his contacts in order to make some quick $$. He was really shocked and thanked me for letting him know so he was able to warn all of his contacts about the scam! After that I don't believe anything of that kind about having won millions in the lottery or someone who wants to invest money in my country and need to transfer funds to my account or what ever stuff lime that...
