I don't know what is causing it..but the stinky smell is overwhelming!

My dog Sophie is just fantastic. She even manages to be a happy pooch with terrible allergies. But there is this one issue that we just cannot get a handle on. Every time we let her outside she comes back in stinking horribly. We have bathed her. We have aired out her bed..we have used these dry bath cloths occasionally that we found at Pets Mart. It is just awful. Have you ever had a pet that smelled bad?
