Can you get referrals from Twitter?

Hello txgrl21, If you can manage to get a large number of genuine followers, then yes, Twitter can be a great place to get referrals. Also, if you make your tweets look more personal, they are generally not seen as spam. You want to make people believe you want to help them or provide them with good information. Not just earn money for yourself. Good luck!

I think Witter is a great site if you want to keep in touch with a group of friends or so... maybe follow your favourite celebs but that's it. I quit using it long time ago as I got nothing from it but spam, spam and more spam.

Just use it in moderation. Insert in between posts something of value and of help to your Twitter followers. Then from time to time, mention about the opportunity you offer. Make some variations, and don't be monotonous as if you are a machine programmed to promote stuffs online. Be personal. Connect with them, your followers on a personal level. Last, don't depend too much on Twitter. There are other ways you can use to generate referrals. Explore them.

I think Twitter has no role to play in getting referrals if you are an ordinary individual. But for celebrities, it may have some role; I am not sure of it.

In my opinion twitter is not for regular people, as much as it is for celebrities. For them it's a nice way to stay in touch with the fans, but for us, is just a way to span, usually. So I don;t think you will get many referrals from there.

i use twiter to get more referal but i did not get enyone from thet site i think thet on twiter you can get to many spam and then people do not take care about your offer becouze 50 % people want to sell something on twiter and thet is not so good area to make new referal for any site becouse you have regular people who want to have fun on the twitter an other only sell their priducts

In my case, my answer is no because I already deleted my Twitter account. I don't have time for it so it's but wiser to delete it than to let my followers (only 2) wait for nothing. In your case, you can as long as you know how to use different strategies. I already experienced it using Yahoo comments. I am inserting in in between paragraphs of my comments. Out of 26 referrals who signed up in my previous site, only one became active. At least, I have one.
