i hear some kind of music every day. i am usually in my car once a day and my radio is always on. i HAVE to have music when i drive it seems weird without it. i guess it helps me concentrate. i will sometimes listen to the music stations on the t.v. but not very often and atleast once a day my husband plays his music (but i could live without that lol)

lol i agree. when i was younger i would have told you i had to have music i would even listen to it to fall asleep at night and without it i could not sleep. the music has changed a lot since i was a kid and it isnt as appealing to me may be that is why i am able to live without it now as to then.

I love music but I can go on a day without it. I mostly listen to music when I am sad because music eases the pain.

I can't go without music either, and I always have to have something playing in my ear no matter what I happen to be doing at that particular time. I don't see why people would try to go without music because it is something that is good for us and can make us feel good. If we want to feel relaxed then music can do this, but if we need to be motivated to do something then music is good for this as well. More education should be given about the effects of music, as we would have more influence over our own health if we were able to have this.

you know this is very true, but most people never think of music as a healing agent to the soul.. i myself and guilty of not listening to music and now that you said this i may have to change my mind and listen to it more as i can see you have made a great point thanks for posting , maybe music is the key to help me wind down some.. thanks again..for pointing it out..

Yes I can't live without music. It became a part of my daily life already. I listen to music whether it's on TV or my Ipod. Before, I was used to listening to music starting from the moment I took a shower in the morning until I sleep late at night. hahaha. There really isn't anything better than listening to music because it could adapt with what you feel during the day. It can give you a calm and relaxing mood and at the same time can make you wanna dance. :D

my husband is like that, he even has a radio in the bathroom to listen to while he takes a shower and when he gets out and comes in the living room to finish getting ready if i have the tv turned off he will turn it back on even if he only has 5 minutes to leave.. i never understood that.. but myself i can live without music or tv but my husband cant.. but i admit i do like to dance around the house a little for fun.. and i like to watch ellen when she first comes on tv and all that crowd and her dancing makes me want to dance.. thnaks for commenting have a good day ahead :)

When I was younger music was much more important in my life. Not so much now, neither do I watch much TV for that matter.

Hi laken: Same happens to me. I love music and it makes part of my life. Everyday I try to find a track, one of these songs that people call "the soundtrack" of their lives or at least of the day . Music can be really inspiring, they actually can be part of a therapy, help you to recover from bad moments, etc. Thanks God music exist. ALVARO
