Is beer and inquired taste ?

i was just wondering how people drink beer when it taste so bad.. i have always hated the taste of beer.. yuck still do.. as you can tell me nor my husband dont drink but some of his friends do and im like how do you get past that yucky taste when i was in college i tryed beer and have hated it ever since.. while my friends in college drank beer i would drink jack daniles and coke at least it tasted better then beer but thank god my drinking days are over.. but my dad at one point in his life was an alcoholic and he drank that stuff every night no problem.. i dont see how.. it makes me sick just to smell it..

Hello, laken02. Funny you should post this. My friends and I talked about this the other day. I too HATE the taste and smell of the stuff. Other people say it is great but I think they are warped. I did at one time drink sour apple something-or-other and liked that, but I stopped all drinking about 10 years ago. I am happy I hate the taste because if it was addicting like Pepsi... I'd be done...hehehe Anyway... just thought you'd like to know there is at least one other person who hates the stuff. Have a great day...

Exactly...You posted just a few seconds before me... I didnt see it until I checked my email...opps..You are correct, and it is gross. I just dont see how anyone can like it. I smoked for 12 years and people kept telling me that I smelled bad. I stopped smoking about 7 years ago and now I know what they mean. I did smell bad..YUK!!! have a great day...
