I just received an SMS message from a frend. It goes like this;
"People who criticize a lot are insecure people;
People who complain a lot seldom makes action;
People who insult a lot are commonly ugly;
People who flirt a lot lack love and attention;
People who gossip a lot never had true friends."
I just relate to this quotation especially in my workplace. There are persons that always act like boss, but never an attitude of being boss. They made too much talking without doing. They did not put their talk in actions. Sometimes, they get insecure when a person is making a step higher. They will try to pull them down to their level. They don't want to be step out by others.
That is the reality of life. You cannot eliminate those kind of person. It is up to you on how to deal with them and play with their game.

Nice quote to remind us not to be like them. Sometimes I think we cant avoid to be the person exactly describe on the message, we do criticize people, complain a lot sometimes, insult people we do not like, flirt at times and gossip about our friends. I do not believe that there is a person who is not guilty of any, mentioned above. I think the message is a reminder for us to avoid every facet of being human described in the sms message to become a better person. We should feel secure about ourselves, we should do things rather than complain, we should not insult other people because it is not good, we should realized that we are loved and there is no need to seek attention from others and we do not need to talk at the backs of our friends because a true friend understands or she/he will try to. And that is reality, each person is unique and we should respect it.

That's is the point of the message. It doesn't mean that we must be perfect not doing those things. I honestly claim that I also did those stuffs mentioned and I think no one in this word haven't done in their entire life what is mentioned. This is only to remind us that as much as possible we have to prevent those acts. This will only show us, perhaps, the perception of others to us if we are always insecure, complain on things, make gossips and flirt on something.

Exactly the message what not created to point fingers at anyone, name who is who but more like a friendly reminder to us. If we cant beat them, it does not necessarily mean that we have to join in their ways too.

Yes, it doesn't really pont on someone who acts like that, it will only tell us that most people have the perception that has been mentioned in the quotation if we act that way. Sometimes, it is better to remind tose person about their acts, however, you need also to improve yourself first before changing others.
You ar right dazzledlady, if you cannot beat those person, you don't need to be with them.

we can never avoid those kinds of people and we can also never judge them because if we do, we are just the same as them. but also we can never judge them because don't know what they have been through in life in the past to be acting this way. i am not perfect and i admit i sometimes feel insecure, but i don't criticize people. i am because i am so far away from my other half. it is just pretty tough being so far from him and so i can't help but think about him all the time but i am just happy because he is trying hard to provide me all the love that he can give.
yeah sometimes there are a lot of people who complain when they themselves don't even do anything. things like that happen not just in other people but that also happens to all of us. we can never judge other people.

You are right, we must not judge them accordingly. Judging them without knowing the real reason could lead some people think that we are the same with them.
Yes, we cannot change the fact that we cannot avoid these kind of people in real life. They are always around. Just keep on dealing with them in a nice way. Better, try to understand why they act that way.

You got a point in there. You don't need to play their games too. But for me, instead of ignoring them or being bothered by them, let yourself join their game. Thru this you will find out why they act that way. Eventually, you can plan or have your own act to change them or just to tell them that they are not doing any good for their acts.

I admit that im likely to the person you mentioned "they get insecure when a person making a step higher".But i dont try to pull them down to their level and....I like to learn about them and fo;;ow them.I abhor the person who just envy others without do anything,even more,they spreed gossip to hurt others.They isolate themselves from people imperceptibly.It is lamentable that they thay have finished what they want.haha.

You are right, you must not pull down the person having a step higher than yours, instead have them as an example on howthey achieve that. You may also asked them so that you wll become the next to be on their level too, if not better than them.
