proper diet

hi..mylotters.. i gave birth 4mos ago and right now i'm having problem how to shape up again.. i want to loose extra fats on my belly that i'd earn while i'm pregnant.. hope somebody could help me and me right program of proper balance eating.. Thank u in advance.. :)

All you need to do is exercise,every single day. And eat a lot of fruits and vegetable, also wear a corset so you won't eat so many, and drink lots of water. You shouldn't stop regular exercise or you'll gain moire weight than you're lost.

you can have a balanced fat free diet along with exercise specially to reduce your tummy and belly.You will get many post-delivery exercise protocol from you tube.

You might try eating 6 small - very healthy meals each day instead of 3 large ones. This really works for some people. Just make sure that they are well rounded and healthy. I kind of count it like 3 medium meals and 3 small snacks. It seems to work for me along with getting plenty of exercise.

Hi Rose. Try eating light meal with vegetables and fruits. Exercise or walk everyday at least 30 mins a day.
