Good online school for Medical Billing and Coding / Healthcare Management

Hello. I am in search of opinions (facts to back up opinions a plus) of which is a very good online school to attend for Medical Billing and Coding, which is also referred to sometimes as Healthcare Management. I will be in need of financial aid and from what I understand, in order to obtain a career after my degree, the school needs to be CAHIIM accredited(Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management)and the course itself Ahima accredited (American Health Information Management Association). Having accreditation by North Central Association is a plus. I plan on pursuing an Associates Degree to start in this field. If anyone can help, I would appreciated it. Ive done some research and do not plan on attending DeVry, University of Phoenix or Everest College due to negative reviews Ive seen, so any other school suggestions would be great. I do have 2 schools in mind, Rasmussen and Herzing, so if you have any opinions on those schools, please share. Thank you for your time.
