We were working at our area, and all of sudden, we saw the ambulance outside our parking lot. Then there were several persons in uniform, they are medics from the distant. My co - workers and I were curious about what had happened. It was a lady from another department, she fainted while at work, and she bumped her head on the corner of the table too. The medics asked several questions, and brought in the stretcher to carry her out. I guess she has low - blood pressure or something like that. We just hope she will get well soon. A few years ago, there is a lady in our department also had similar symptom after she gave blood for testing in the hospital.

Ideal working environment is one of the responsibilities of the employer. Next is the annual physical examinations in order to determine if the employees are really fit to work. Some employees are not too careful about their health knowing that it is detrimental not only in the performance of their duties but also for their families. When I was still connected with a company, many workers would faint sometimes from exhaustion and fatigue, others from the severe heat inside the production area. Employers think that they are saving on overhead expenses when they do not make improvements inside the working area but this reduces profitability due to less productivity and output. The quality of work is also reduced considerably.
