well,as i have received others advice,i thank them for sharing their opinion..but i'm sad for my part because they suggest me to exercise..i'm thinking and worried if what kind of exercise is right for me because i had c-section..

I also had a C section. I was also worried to reduce my extra weight. I asked my doctor and she told walking is the best exercise at this time. I followed her instruction, started walking after 30/35 days of my C section and could able to reduce weight.

If you have Rajasthan Royals you should definitely consult the doctor to seek his opinion. It is not better to take your own opinion on the health issues. Note that it will be very risky and keep in your mind that, When wealth is lost something is lost and when health is lost something is lost

You should definitely ask your doctor. If you had a c-section recently it's probably not a great idea to work out. BUT - if it was like years ago or something I am sure it's fine. But just to be on the safe side, I would talk to your doctor/physician before starting any hardcore work out regimen. Best of luck to you!
