lymph nodes, at how many places of the body are they?

I know they're under armpits, on neck, well those are most significant places, right? theyre part of our lymphatic sytem protecting us against infections and stuff, but can they be also around breasts? Just the other day I tried palpating around there, you know normal checkup if ur breast doesnt have any lumps or anything like that since breast cancer is quite common nowadays and I'm quite afraid of it, so precations don't hurt even though we never had it in family, right. however, on my left breast just like centimeters down the collarbone i found one and it hurts when I push in, it didnt before, but when I pushed it in now its been hurting for past two days, so I don't know if I should see docotr for that? I have one oncreased one on left side of neck for almost like years and I had it checked up with ulzrasound and stuff twice and they say its not benign and that it will stay this size, cause its been swollen once, but now I'm worried about those around breast, what you think? and have you ever had any problems with your lymph nodes/breast cancer, what happened?
