Do you believe in TV ads?

There are many ads on TV nowadays. They ad many products from medicine to clothes and losing weight products.
There are more ads, there are more complaints ! I think that these ads usually praised the way too much products. I don't believe in these ads much.
How about you? How do you think about ads on TV everyday?
