Fear of being burried alive

My fear is of being eaten alive and buried alive, i can't imagine being in a very small space where i Can't move and is having a hard time breathing and also not seeing the surroundings will just add on to my fear, there was once that i dream t of being buried alive and i woke - up out of it and yet i still feel like in that scenario even though i am already out in the open that was one heck of a nightmare and would never wish to be in it ever again.
