almost every morning when i go to school in the bus station is a old woman, with dirty clothes, talking alone.she never asks for money or something.she sits there and talks alone.i can see from what she is saying that she has played violin and has been a teacher in her life.
in my country the system that is applied lately is the kind that offers very low salaries to doctors, teachers and inetelectuals in general.
many of them when they go old have very low retirement income and hardly manage to buy medicines and even food after paying taxes and house expenses.
some can't manage all the problems and the stress ans simply lose their minds and the society does nothing to help them.
i believe it is a pity that the system is going in a direction that offers nothing for people that have a high education.
i don't know if this is happening all around the world but here many wonder if is still worthed to have education.

Hey pandora,
Well that is just sad to hear, well i can see you are very empathetic to people and that is very kind of you, and i admire you for that.
Well as a quote goes a society is judged by how it treats it's young and elderly so sad to say our government our so called system of governance the society itself sucks.
But education is still key to success of a person and better have a fighting chance at a good future than none right?

It is becoming depressingly obvious that while a good education still means something in some circles, in many other ways, it isn't worth the paper that the diploma is printed on in other areas. That to me is one of the saddest things about the world today. Where there are a lot of times where the educated people really don't have that much more of a battle.
I think people in many ways do tend to fear educated minds, because they question the status quo. They encourage people to think outside of the box. They won't conform to pretty much every twisted and deplorable standard that society has set out. And many minds are just wasted, just sitting there, as if they have no relevance for the world today. It does really beg the question if we are just at the end of our rope and we might on a rather long trip downwards. That's a question that I fear the answer to and things may get much worse.

i think the ones that are ruling the world find it easier to achive their goals with an uneducated population.
a weak mind is easier to control and this is the way the humanity is heading.

It's sad that most of us depend on the system or even wish for the system to improve in order to survive. Sadly, also, many people don't know that they can break free from such a system and never depend on it in order to finally live life like in their dreams...

unfortunately in my country people really depend on system.if you are poor they tell you that you don't work enough but many people work almost all day for low payment and i am talking about people with high education.they have cut the salaries with more than 25 percent for doctors and teachers and many other categories.they have raised taxes by number and amount.it is very hard to find work so you have to work on low payment.
so it is almost impossible for the people to get free of system becuse they have no choice.
many have already choosen to leave the country but for older ones it is difficult to do so.
