Help BETA, a dog shelter in Beirut :)

Earlier today I watched a program of CNN called "Inside the Middle East". I was near to tears seeing the dogs that were rescued by the people who started this organization. They need our support, especially that from the locales. Their shelter is located in the upstate area of the city and the Rich neighborhood do not want them there. About three years ago, the residents filed a case to have the shelter move to another area or have it closed. The dogs have nowhere to go, all efforts of finding a new location were not successful. The volunteers hope to get worldwide and local support, since public pressure will change the government's decission. Hope we can help in our own little way.
